Spring break is this week and I'm finally rid of all that stress. I turned in every single one of those projects I did with complete confidence . The last five weeks of this year ought to be a breeze (with the exception of finals at the end of it all). My quarter grade card came back as a 3.2 on the GPA scale, so I can concentrate on my weak areas.

So last night at around 1am I went to this "party." Pretty weak if you ask me. Though I probably say that because my medicine won't allow me to drink anything; everyone else seemed to be having a good time. We were outside too--it was cold as hell and rained a little bit. My truck's engine went to hell in a handbasket last night just a few hours before then. Being nice as he is though, my dad let me take his truck out (just had to have it back before he went to work ><). If I'd have to rate it, I'd give it a 7/10 just because I got to watch funny drunks move around.

Speaking of trucks, it is estimated that it would cost around roughly $1600 to repair the damages done to my engine. It is an old POS that caused trouble about 3 years back. It was pretty nice and quiet up until about now, too . My parents are pondering if it would be cheaper to get a whole new vehicle, or replace the engine on the one I currently have. Thankfully they literally will not let me pay for it out of my own pocket, even after I made the offer.

On the technical side of Nerblog, I'm getting Irayo (AKA "Beans") to help me with the project. What needs to happen is the implementation of the features listed for 0.4x and a source code tidy up (because the current code is nightmarish!). I'm still willing to take people in to help out with teh project. If you're interested, post in the appropriate thread on the forums. Got this bigass research paper for my Communication Arts class due this upcoming Friday. I've just barely started on this rough draft! Gonna have to do some CRAMMING in over the next few days. I've got a United States Constitution test to take this Friday as well. Totaled up that's 3 tests and 12 assignments (paper included) that I've got to have done and studied for by Friday. At least spring break is next week! That's all I have to type for now, so I'm gonna leave this picture for you to stare at!

Storms are brewing all around the place today it seems like. Severe storm warnings, tornado watches, the works! So lately it's been a bit dismal and all. Bad start to the morning as well...got woke up hearing my grandfather "couldn't get up." We had to call an ambulance to take him to the hospital and he's at least staying over night there. I really don't feel like posting much at the moment because it seems as though, just like life, the internet has s***loads of insolent pricks floating about (and I've experienced all ends today).

I've spiffed up the site a bit. Now if you post a comment, you can "register" your name so nobody else can use it. You can do so by typing "#", and it will store it for you. That way if anybody else tries to use your name, they need the proper password. Once you do this, you'll have to do it again every time. Here's an example: "Bob#Jim" gets added to the database once. If someone types in "Bob" or "Bob#Joe", they will get an error. Your password is not shown in the comment.

As I said earlier today, I am starting work on a Java IRC client. I know there are several out there, but I'd kinda like to make one of my own. If anyone Java-savvy is willing to team up with me, e-mail me or leave a comment.

Been coding away for the past day and have come up with a few little scripts and a program. Remade my password generator; you can get the source here. Written a few things in php and posted them around. I'll continue working hard and see if I can't get a scripting/programming branch going here. I also started on a Java IRC applet today. This one will be a doosy to make. If anyone feels like taking part in it, lemme know and we can start working asap.

Right now I've gotta jet, relative in teh hospital and other things going on. More posts coming tonight.

See I said I was going to post something today, and here it is! This week has been a f****** stress bomb to say the least. I've been working on two major projects this week. One has been a month long research paper for my Communication Arts class due next Friday. The other is a constitutional workbook that is due next Tuesday. Top that off with a couple of frosty cold tests and you've got yourself one hell of a good time goin' on. I was so brain dead today that I forgot it was test day in a certain class. What makes it suck even worse is that I spent over 2 hours studying last night! That set me back about -150 points. What an optimistic start to the fourth quarter! Oh yeah, I got a nice surprise test in the class after! So much for bulldozing my way thru the fourth quarter this year. This sort of thing gets me so frustrated it's not even funny

I just noticed how messed up this site is in Internet Explorer. It has a blue background and you can't see the side menu at all. If you are using Microsoft's browser, you need to /reroll (get a different browser, ffs!). In the meantime, I'll begin working on correcting what's wrong in Internet Explorer. If you do the right thing and get a different browser, I would recommend Mozilla Firefox, K-Meleon, Netscape, Opera, or some other browser. I have/use 4 different browsers, but mainly stick to Firefox (if you're wanting any suggestions on where to go). The web site also looks fine in Apple's Safari browser. IE FTL! Haven't posted all week long because I've been too busy with schoolwork. Big project due in a few days so there's not much time for lazing around . I'll post more tomorrow!

This week is, and has been, one hell of a week. It's only Wednesday too! I have two major projects which are nearing due dates, applications for colleges to fill out, tests upon tests to take, etc. To top it all off, I have to find a "balance" or something to keep my sanity. I can't go for more than 6 hours of doing nothing but studying...and let's just say I've been pushing my limits a lot lately. The only fun part is that I get to study up on some old AP tests for my programming class. There's 1/7 hours that doesn't suck boiled eggs.

Been less into World of Warcraft these days. I, along with a few other friends are waiting for new servers to come out. Endgame just gets so damn repetitive after a while. Come on Bliz, gtfo your arses and crank out some new serverage before I have to resort to blatantly running around blinding myself and lowering my IQ playing Guild Wars again .

I just finished Bleach episode 60, and all I have to say is "zomgwtfbbqgg." Bleach is TEH anime of the season in my book. Though once I get all caught up with the shows and a little bit ahead with the manga, I'm gonna start looking into other stuff. Anybody that reads this watch anime? If you do, leave some recommendations for me!
